We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory limits, pricing or typographical errors, or violations of these terms. If we cancel after a charge, we’ll promptly reverse or refund that charge.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected method of payment. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex. Prices may change without notice; if a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and notify you.

5. Shipping and delivery

Standard handling time: 1-1 business days. Standard transit time: 2-5 business days. The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. 6. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 30 days from delivery. After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit. No restocking fee applies. Original shipping fees are refunded only when Tightsweaters is at fault. 7. Acceptable use

• Use the site only for personal, lawful shopping.
• Don’t scrape, crawl, or harvest data (including prices or images) with bots or automated tools.
• Don’t interfere with site security or operations, or try to bypass access controls.

8. Intellectual property
