What happens after you order

  1. You place your order and receive an order confirmation by email.
  2. After payment authorization, your order enters processing (business days only).
  3. Within 1-1 business days, we prepare your shipment.
  4. Once dispatched, we email your tracking number. Carrier scans can take 24–48 hours to appear.
  5. Your package travels to you in 2-5 business days.

Standard shipping fee

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. This is shown at checkout with taxes where applicable.

Destination availability

We ship to addresses serviceable by our carriers. If an address cannot be serviced, we’ll cancel the affected items and issue a refund for those items.

Split shipments

Your order may ship in multiple packages for faster delivery. If that happens, tracking numbers will be issued separately for each package.

Tracking updates

We send tracking by email after dispatch. Carriers may take 24–48 hours to show an initial scan, so it’s normal if you don’t see movement right away.

Delays outside our control

Weather events, customs inspections, and carrier disruptions can occasionally slow things down. Delivery dates aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll keep you updated if we become aware of a widespread delay.

Accurate shipping address

Please double-check your name, address, and unit numbers at checkout. You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us quickly—once shipped, changes aren’t always possible.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items (if damaged). We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work on a resolution.
