Returns Policy

Tried it on and it’s not the vibe you pictured? You’re covered. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Who can return and when

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for any of the following:

  • Defective or damaged item
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped
  • Significantly different from description
  • Change of mind, fit, or style preference

Item condition we require

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • In original packaging where possible
  • No stains, scents, pet hair, or signs of wear

What we can’t take back

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items returned with excessive wear, damage from misuse, or unsanitary condition
  • Minor cosmetic variations (for example: slight color tone differences between screen and fabric, or natural fabric texture variations)

Photo proof checklist

For faster approval, include clear, well‑lit photos:

  • Close-up of the issue or defect (if any)
  • Size and care tag
  • Full front and full back of the garment
  • Shipping label or packing slip (if you received the wrong item/size)

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] from the email used on your order.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. Tell us the reason for the return and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  4. Attach the photos listed in the checklist above.
  5. Wait for our reply with approval and next steps.

Return shipping and refunds

We don’t charge restocking fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your statement.

Exchanges

Love the style but want a different size or color? Ask for an exchange in your email. If the requested item is in stock, we’ll confirm the swap in your approval message. If it’s unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Approvals and response times

We’ll reply to your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll email your return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label or reimbursement guidance. Please follow those instructions so we can process your return smoothly.
