Tightsweaters respects the rights of creators. If we receive a valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice, we review it and, when appropriate, remove or restrict the reported material.

Filing a notice

If you believe material on tightsweaters.com infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, including the exact URL(s) on tightsweaters.com.
  4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
  5. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Where to send your notice

For the fastest handling, email your notice to: [email protected]

Postal mail (slower): 12204 Hoop Ct, Bristow, Va 20136

Please note: We may share your notice, including your contact details, with the user who posted the material.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notification. Your counter‑notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (the exact URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where you reside, or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district where Tightsweaters may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Send your counter‑notification to: [email protected]

After we receive a valid counter‑notification, we’ll forward it to the original complainant. Unless that party notifies us within 10–14 business days that they’ve filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringer policy

We don’t allow repeat infringement. Accounts or contributors receiving multiple valid DMCA notices may face actions that can include content removal, restrictions, or account termination, as appropriate. We may also remove content without notice in clear cases of infringement.
