Customers may request to modify an order before it enters the processing stage.

Eligible modifications may include:

  • Adding or removing items from an order

Important notes:

  • Order modifications are not guaranteed and depend on order status
  • Once processing or packaging begins, changes may no longer be possible

2. Order Cancellation Policy

When cancellations are allowed:

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible

When cancellations are not allowed:

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
  • Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered shipped

  3. Our support team will review and confirm whether the request can be completed

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

5. Fees for Modifications or Cancellations

  • No modification fees
  • No cancellation fees
  • No processing fees

Tightsweaters does not charge customers for eligible order changes or cancellations.

6. Address Changes & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout
  • Address changes may only be made before shipment
  • Tightsweaters is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for cancellation or free replacement

7. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

If a requested modification involves an item that becomes unavailable:

  • Customers will be notified promptly
  • Options may include substitution, partial cancellation, or refund for the unavailable item

8. Partial Cancellations

  • Individual items may be canceled before shipment if an order contains multiple items
  • Remaining items will ship as scheduled
  • Once any portion of the order has shipped, that portion cannot be canceled

9. Failed Cancellation Requests

If a cancellation request cannot be completed because the order has already shipped:

  • The order will be delivered as scheduled
  • Customers may initiate a return under the Return & Refund Policy

10. Processing Time for Approved Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations are processed promptly
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time is typically within 7 business days
