1. Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  • Browse our collection of hoodies, jackets, and jeans
  • Select your preferred size and color
  • Add items to your cart
  • Proceed to checkout and complete payment

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you may request to modify or cancel your order before it has shipped.

  • Requests must be submitted as soon as possible
  • Changes are subject to order status
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled

What is the order cut-off time?

The daily cut-off time is:

5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday

Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping:

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time includes handling and transit:

  • Handling time: 1–4 business days
  • Transit time: 5–8 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship orders using trusted delivery partners, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL eCommerce

Carrier selection depends on destination and package details.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability may vary by location. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will I be charged?

Payment is charged at the time you place your order. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment is successfully authorized.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Tightsweaters does not store full credit card details.

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 70-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable)

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval
  • Funds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider

Are there any return or restocking fees?

No. We charge no return fees, no restocking fees, and no processing fees for eligible returns.

How do I start a return?

Contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return

You will receive return instructions once your request is approved.

5. Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not be available for all items.

If you need a different size or color:

  • Return the eligible item
  • Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory availability.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

What if an item is missing from my order?

If part of your order is missing:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly

7. Address & Delivery Issues

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are possible only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tightsweaters is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may check out as a guest. Creating an account allows easier order tracking and faster checkout for future purchases.

How is my personal information protected?

9. Promotions & Discounts

Can I combine discount codes?

Unless stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.

What if a promotion ends before I check out?

Promotions are valid only during the stated time frame and cannot be applied retroactively.
